Scytl´s Internet voting technology successfully used in CETIB elections

Scytl’s Internet voting solution has been successfully used by the Association of Industrial Technical Engineers of Barcelona (CETIB) in their governing body elections. This was the second time CETIB had used Scytl’s technology, the first being in 2005 when they were the first entity in Spain to use Internet voting in a binding election. The election saw more than 70% of the total votes cast remotely from outside the polling stations, in addition to over a 20% increase in the use of the electronic voting channel compared to the previous election.
