During Barclays’ forum celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Scytl presented its secure and accessible online voting technology and shared the stage with other contributors including the New York Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities, ADA New York, IBM and Ernst & Young.
Under the event’s theme of “Building Accessibility into your Business, An Innovative Look at an Age Old Problem”, Scytl was proud to present how secure, verifiable and accessible technology is playing a critical role in opening gateways to full participation in the electoral process for people with disabilities, enabling them to cast their ballots privately and independently. In addition, attendees were able to participate in a demonstration of Scytl’s secure online voting solution to gain a better understanding of how technology can improve accessibility for persons with disabilities during private and public elections.
