Scytl presents at the Workshop on UOCAVA Remote Voting Systems in USA

Scytl participated in the 2010 Workshop on UOCAVA Remote Voting Systems which was held from August 6 through 7 in Washington DC, USA. At this conference, Scytl’s VP of R&D Jordi Puiggali presented an overview of security practices on remote e-voting and their impact on risk mitigation. Jordi Puiggali also participated on the discussion panels organized to debate the different risks of implementing remote voting systems. This Workshop was organized by the Election Assistance Commission (EAC), Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) of the Department of Defense, and National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST) to explore the technical issues associated with remote electronic absentee voting systems for military and overseas voters (UOCAVA voters).
