Scytl partners with Tieto to enter the Finnish private sector electoral market

Scytl has recently entered into a new partnership agreement with the leading Finnish IT company Tieto to enter the Finnish private sector electoral market. Scytl will install a permanent Internet voting platform at Tieto’s secure data center and will provide Tieto with training and support during elections. This permanent Internet voting platform will allow Tieto to run labor union elections, professional association elections and annual general meetings for listed companies in Finland. Through this platform, voters will be able to cast votes remotely from any computer connected to the Internet in a completely secure and auditable manner.
