Scytl has been invited to present at the workshop entitled "UOCAVA Voting System Objectives" organized by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Pablo Sarrias, Scytl’s VP Sales & Marketing, and Hugh Gallagher, Scytl’s Managing Director for the United States, have presented the security and functional requirements that an Internet voting system must meet in order to be used for overseas voting. The workshop took place on June 29 and 30 at NIST’s headquarters in Gaithesburg (Maryland) and was attended by government officials, academics and security experts in the field of electronic voting.
