Scytl increases its patent portfolio with a new patent for online ballot delivery

Scytl has increased its patent portfolio by filing for a new patent with the US Patent Office that protects its “ballot-on-demand” technology for overseas voters. Scytl’s “ballot on demand” was successfully used in 2010 US General election, enabling overseas voters to securely receive their ballot electronically and providing election officials with administrative efficiency to manage complex overseas voting processes. Scytl’s current patent portfolio is composed of more than 40 international patents in the area of security applied to electoral processes.
