Scytl and Civiciti shared the floor during the eDemocracy event on rights and digital responsibilities organized by the Department of Digital Policies and Public Administration of the Government of Catalonia at Palau Robert in Barcelona.
The event, entitled “Technology: An Opportunity or a Threat to Democracy” gathered high-level experts on technology and democracy including: Jennifer Layden, Carles Agustí, Artur Serra, Jordi Puiggalí and Robert Krimmer, among others. Main topics revolved around how technology can improve the way citizens experience democracy and help spread new forms of citizen participation.
