Telefónica’s Customer Experience and Business Transformation Departments asked us for help in configuring the advanced surveys they conduct at their training events. In addition to technical assistance, we also provided consultancy regarding the questions and the general design of the surveys.
The information extracted from the surveys was used to improve the training sessions. The speed with which results were obtained allowed changes that were deemed necessary to be implemented in the afternoon of the same day’s sessions, or the following day.
