Barcelona & New Delhi, November 26, 2014 – Scytl, the worldwide leader in secure online voting and election modernization, today announced its close participation with UNESCO and its global initiative “From Exclusion to Empowerment: The Role of Information and Communication Technologies for Persons with Disabilities” and the conference taking place in New Delhi November 24 – 26, 2014.
Built on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) and UNESCO’s unique mandate for education, science, communication, and information within the United Nations system, the conference will allow Scytl to share insight on how Scytl´s Online Voting and eDemocracy solutions help promote the human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons with disabilities through the use of ICT solutions for secure, private and accessible voting and citizen engagement.
