Scytl first began offering online voting services to political parties in 2012, starting with the New Democratic Party of Canada, and has since offered its secure platforms to parties of all sizes across the world.

The bookThe digitalization of political parties and the use of electronic voting, was authored by Jordi Barrat I Esteve and Miguel Pérez-Moneo Agapito, and was published by Aranzadi.
