Comments on the Council of Europe’s Draft Recommendation on Standards for e-Voting

Andreu Riera, PhD, Chairman and co-founder of Scytl has released a document with his comments on the Council of Europe’s Draft Recommendation on Standards for e-voting.  The objective of the document is to further develop some of the standards by leveraging Scytl’s expertise regarding the technical aspects of security and trustworthiness of e-voting systems.
