Results Consolidation

Scytl's Results Consolidation Platform (RCP) allows the Electoral Authorities to collect data from all the polling places and consolidate the results from different voting channels such as poll site voting, postal voting and Internet voting in an independent environment. Scytl's RCP provides cryptographic and/or biometric receipts to election officials that can be attached to ballot boxes to ensure its integrity and non-repudiation. Scytl's RCP also allows publishing the results and other electoral data through different channels, including TV and the Internet.

As a "vote anywhere" system is offered to the citizens, Scytl's EDMP permits to avoid that citizens vote twice. In total, the City of Madrid has used the system in 22 e-consultations that involved over 4 million citizens.
