Improving Efficiency in Electoral Management

Scytl's Election Management System (EMS) is a comprehensive and modular solution that allows electoral authorities to set up and easily manage an electoral process from end to the end. Scytl's EMS provides governments with tools that improve their electoral efficiency and enhance their transparency.

Scytl's EMS is comprised of four platforms that can be used individually or together, sharing several core functionalities: security, ease-of-use, accessibility, and scalability/flexibility.

Election Configuration

Scytl's Election Management Platform encompasses a flexible and effective Election Configuration Module that has been certified by several governments worldwide and which covers the functionalities to successfully configure most types of elections.

Voter Registration
Voter Registration

Scytl's Voter Registration Platform (VRP) allows the Electoral Authorities to manage temporary and continuous voter registration processes, through registration centers or self-registration through the Internet. Scytl's VRP permits to securely register new voters, update voter data or supply certain voter information, and supports PKI, barcodes and biometric data capture in order to ensure the integrity and privacy of the stored data.

Election Day Management
Election Day Management

Scytl's Election Day Management Platform (EDMP) allows the Electoral Authorities to manage all the elements related to the Election Day, from its planning to its supervision and monitoring before and during the electoral process. Scytl's EDMP also gives the election officials the means - among other functionalities - to manage the centralized or standalone electoral roll and the participation rates in real-time during the Election Day.

Results Consolidation
Results Consolidation

Scytl's Results Consolidation Platform (RCP) allows the Electoral Authorities to collect data from all the polling places and consolidate the results from different voting channels such as poll site voting, postal voting and Internet voting in an independent environment. Scytl's RCP provides cryptographic and/or biometric receipts to election officials that can be attached to ballot boxes to ensure its integrity and non-repudiation. Scytl's RCP also allows publishing the results and other electoral data through different channels, including TV and the Internet.
