Project Manager

(Based in Barcelona)


The Project Manager leads technical solutions of Scytl products and applications from sales proposal to implementation. He/she reports to the Director of Technology, closely collaborates with the sales & marketing

department and the technical product managers, and is a spokesperson for customers, partners and providers.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage projects
• Analyze and define functional technical project requirements
• Support the sales and marketing department in making sales proposals and estimate their amount of work required
• Present technical solutions to partners and clients
• Implement and integrate Scytl products and applications into customers IT systems
• Coordinate project dates and requirements with the technical product managers
• Maintain contact with customers, partners and providers; be their spokesperson
• Write user and deployment manuals and guides
• Act as a technical team leader when needed

Knowledge and Experience:

• University degree in computer science or telecommunications or equivalent level
• A total of 8 years of IT experience of which at least 3 in a similar position and 3 in the position of software developer
• Expert in project management technologies and subcontracting
• Knowledge of sales and marketing and proven experience in working together with sales people for the technical part of sales proposals
• Sound knowledge of all aspects of software application development and implementation
• Expert in software development lifecycles and requirements gathering
• Knowledge of cryptography and digital security
• Project management certification (PMI or PRINCE2), knowledge of DBMS and Web Servers as well as experience working with open source tools, libraries and products would be a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish both spoken and written. Catalan is a plus.



Pre-sales Technical Consultant


(Based in Singapore other locations in Asia-Pacific can be discussed)


Requisites:

• Expertise in the following technologies: web based applications, cryptography (PKI, digital signature...), digital security
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced user experience in Microsoft Office, specially Power Point, Word and Excel
• Perfect English (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus
• From 3 to 5 years of experience on pre-sales in the technology industry, best if in software solutions
• Availability to travel worldwide
• Capacity to work for objectives

Tasks:

Under the guidance of the Pre-Sales Director, and after an initial training in Barcelona, Spain, the selected candidate will:

• Provide direct support to sales department in presentations to customers and partners
• Create presentations, offers and responses to tenders
• Learn and promote internationally new solutions
• Study and disseminate internationally certification processes and directives about e-voting
• Contribute to the marketing & commercial strategy of the company



R&D Researcher


• Ph.D. in applied cryptography
• Three years minimum experience in:
• Analysis and development of cryptographic protocols
• Publication of scientific papers
• Publication of technical documentation
• A desired knowledge of:
• Development and management of patent applications
• Software Engineering concepts
• Good time-manager and hard worker
• Good communicator of technical concepts to non-technical people
• Desirable experience in private sector
• High level of English, other languages a plus



International Business Developer


• Graduate in International Business or Software Engineering
• Solid knowledge of Software concepts
• High level of English, other languages a plus
• Minimum experience of 5 year in business development projects (preferably Client/Server applications)
• Desireable Knowledge of current electronic voting industry
